What payment methods do you accept?
We’re not picky! Whether you’re sliding a Visa, flashing a Mastercard, or keeping it homegrown with RuPay, we’re ready.
Prefer to scan and go? We love UPI.
Still don’t trust the internet? We’ll take your Cash on Delivery (COD) — just please try to have the exact change, or our delivery partner might look at you with puppy-dog eyes.
Basically, if it’s legal tender and doesn’t involve trading your firstborn, we’ll probably take it.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Our team moves faster than a caffeinated squirrel. Because we aim for Quick Supply, we process orders almost instantly.
If you need to change something, email mail@quicksupply.com ASAP.
We’ll try our best to catch it, but once the delivery truck starts its engines, there’s no turning back!
Where is my order confirmation?
Our confirmation email should arrive within minutes. If it hasn't shown up, your inbox might be acting jealous.
Check your Spam or Promotions folder to see if it’s being held hostage there.
Still nothing? Contact us, and we’ll double-check that your email address isn't playing hard to get.
Do you ship everywhere?
We’re currently keeping things exclusive to Mumbai.
If you’re between Matunga Central and Kurla, congratulations—you’re in our "Fatafat Zone".
If you’re elsewhere, hang tight! We’re working harder than a rickshaw driver in peak traffic to bring Quick Supply to your neighborhood soon.
My tracking link isn’t updating. What should I do?
Tracking updates aren't always as fast as our delivery team. There might be a slight digital "traffic jam" before the status changes.
Give the system a few minutes to caffeinate and refresh the page—it’ll catch up to your package eventually!
What is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your haul. However, because our "Quick Supply" items—like plywood and cement fibre sheets—double as a full-body workout for our delivery team, we currently do not offer returns.
Basically, once the heavy lifting is done, it’s yours for keeps. Please choose wisely so our delivery partners' backs don't break for nothing!
What do I do if a wrong product has been delivered?
If something isn't right, don't sweat it! Just fire off an email to mail@quicksupply.com with your order number and the tea on what went wrong.
We’ll jump into rescue mode, guide you through the fix, and make sure the right order finds its way to your doorstep.
When will I receive my correct order?
We hate paperwork as much as you do. Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to get the new delivery moving on the same business day.
We like to clear our desks before we go home, which is great news for your project timeline!
